Please Note: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund for any orders placed due to the following:

Change of mind (colour, style, fit, use)

Found the item cheaper somewhere else

Decided you have no use for it

We do however offer an exchange if your item was purchased within the last 30 days. This will be processed via a store credit to the value of the item purchased (shipping costs not included).

Any requests made outside of our 30 day time frame will be rejected.

All items must be returned in a re-sellable condition with all tags, packaging intact and unworn.

Your carrier must have been purchased directly through our website www.chekoh.com and you must be the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
