We ship every week day from our HQ in Brisbane, Queensland on orders placed before 10am AEST.
Please also note all domestic orders will not require a signature on delivery.
We ship via Australia Post with both Standard and Express options available. We do not guarantee any 'next day delivery' services.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your tracking information.
Depending on the shipping option chosen at the checkout and your address, shipping times will vary and we are not liable for any unforeseen shipping delays. Once again we DO NOT guarantee any 'next day' delivery or express delivery times as all shipping is carried out by a third party and Chekoh is not responsible for any delivery times by our carriers.
Please be mindful of any PUBLIC HOLIDAYS affecting your dispatch and delivery throughout the year.

The International Shipping option is Australia Post. If you choose this service please note current shipping estimates for delivery HERE
We currently approximate most international orders to arrive within 6-10 business days.
Once you have received your tracking number we recommend viewing this also in your countries local Post Tracking service eg. USPS, Canada Post, NZPost
Please Note: All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. Any taxes or duties incurred for your delivery are at your expense and will not be covered by Chekoh.
Due to the high volume of orders that we receive we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it. Once your order is placed, it is final and we cannot cancel any order.

You're welcome to collect your order from Chekoh HQ on the Redcliffe Peninsula, QLD. For this option, please select PICK UP under the delivery tab during checkout.
Your order will not be shipped and pick ups may take 24 business hours to be ready for collection. Please email ahead to secure a day and time for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer weekend or public holiday pick ups.
Whilst we do try our very best to assist with any delivery issues, once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with their local postal carrier with the tracking number provided upon dispatch.
Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing in transit unless SHIPPING PROTECTION has been purchased and included in your order.
Chekoh offers FREE SHIPPING for any domestic (Australian) orders over $350.
Standard Shipping will be applied and your order will be sent via Australia Post.
*All international orders are not included in this offer.
Our Shipping Protection offers coverage for loss, theft, or damage of items during shipping. This policy is available for a fee of AU$3.99 per order. Please note that the Shipping Protection does not cover damage resulting from customer wear and tear.
To make a claim under the Shipping Protection policy, you must contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
If your item is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@chekoh.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will assess your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or credit. We will also need confirmation from the Postal Service that the item was lost or stolen if you are making a claim for this issue.
Please note that Shipping Protection is optional. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, you are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during shipping.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Shipping Protection policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or email.
Please be aware that all customs charges, duties and taxes, including VAT, are to be paid by the receiver of the order and Chekoh is not responsible for any charges that may be incurred when ordering internationally.
We are unable to provide a refund if you place an order and do not wish to pay your local import customs, duties or taxes. So please check with your countries postal carrier prior to purchasing if you have any concerns.
Returns
Here at Chekoh, we take a lot of pride to ensure all of our products are of high quality and accurately represented on our website, therefore we do not issue change of mind refunds.
We are however happy to offer you an exchange if you change your mind.
Please note that change of mind returns must be submitted within 30 days and all items must not be worn or washed and include all original packaging.
Exchanges will be processed as Store Credit/Gift Card, so once your item is returned to our HQ and inspected our team will then issue a store credit via Gift Card to the value of your purchase price for you to purchase your exchange piece online (please keep in mind if you have purchased during one of our sale periods, your store credit will be to the amount paid and not the product retail price).
Return postage costs will be at your own expense.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available), a store credit or a full refund of the purchase amount excluding shipping, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion, transaction fees, import taxes etc. will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
Our goods come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning an item to us including any currency conversion costs or transaction fees.
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached and packaging.
Returns are actioned as soon as possible but may take a couple of days for our team to review, we thank you for your patience in advance.
